2 lbs (900 g) ground beef (80/20 recommended)

1 cup breadcrumbs (or crushed saltines)

1 cup milk

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 large eggs

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried thyme (optional)

For the Glaze:

1 cup ketchup

3 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
