- Layer half of the sliced strawberries evenly over the ladyfingers. Top with another generous layer of the curd mixture .
Step 4: Repeat the Layers
- Place the remaining ladyfingers on top, again brushing or dipping them in the strawberry jam . Finish with the rest of the sliced strawberries and a final layer of the curd mixture .
Step 5: Chill Quickly
- Cover the dish loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 5–10 minutes , just enough time for the ladyfingers to soften slightly.
