Spicy Honey Beef One-Pan Pasta — A Bold and Flavorful Dinner Ready in 30 Minutes

Preparation Method

Cook the pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the beef
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for about 5–7 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked.

Add aromatics
Stir in the chopped red onion and cook for about 2–3 minutes until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Prepare the sauce
Add the soy sauce, honey, chili paste, cumin, paprika, and chili flakes (if using). Stir well so the beef is evenly coated with the flavorful sauce.

Simmer the mixture
Pour in the beef broth and let the sauce simmer for about 3–4 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine and slightly thicken.

Combine with the pasta
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper if needed.

Serve
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side for a bright citrus finish.
