1 cup fresh blueberries, washed and thoroughly dried
1 cup plain Greek yogurt, thick style (full-fat for creaminess, low-fat works too)
1–2 tbsp powdered sweetener (erythritol or monk fruit for low-carb)
→ or 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup if not low-carb
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
