Preparation Method
1. Whip the Cream
In a large bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until soft and fluffy peaks form. This will give your ice cream its light and creamy texture.
2. Prepare the Base
In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
3. Combine
Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture. Mix slowly to keep the texture airy and light.
4. Prepare the Fruit Flavors
Strawberry
Blend strawberries with sugar and a few drops of lemon juice until smooth. Stir into a portion of the ice cream base.
Mango
Blend mango until creamy and mix into another portion of the base.
5. Freeze
Transfer each flavor into separate containers. Cover and freeze for at least 6–8 hours, or until firm.
6. Serve
Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping. Serve and enjoy its rich, creamy texture and natural fruit flavor.
