Mango Leaves
Mango leaves contain antioxidants and plant compounds that may help support digestion and overall health. They have been used in traditional remedies for centuries.

Guava Leaves
Guava leaves are known for their antimicrobial and antioxidant properties. In many cultures, they are used in herbal teas to help support digestion and immune health.

Soursop (Graviola) Leaves
Soursop leaves are commonly used in herbal infusions for relaxation and wellness. They have a mild earthy flavor and are often included in traditional herbal drinks.

Together, these leaves create a balanced herbal tea that is aromatic, soothing, and naturally caffeine-free.

Ingredients

3–4 mango leaves (fresh or dried)

3–4 guava leaves

3–4 soursop (graviola) leaves

3–4 cups water

Optional additions:

Honey or natural sweetener

Fresh ginger slices

A squeeze of lemon

Preparation Method

Rinse the leaves thoroughly under clean running water to remove dust or impurities.

Bring the water to a boil in a small pot.

Add the mango, guava, and soursop leaves to the boiling water.
