Preparation Method
Step 1 — Melt the Chocolate
Place the chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
Step 2 — Heat Gently
Melt the chocolate using the microwave in short intervals, stirring between each, or melt it over a double boiler until smooth, glossy, and fully melted.
Step 3 — Form the Chocolate Discs
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon small amounts of melted chocolate onto the sheet, gently spreading each spoonful to form small round discs.
Step 4 — Add the Toppings
While the chocolate is still soft, decorate each disc with:

1 whole almond

1 dried blueberry

A small pinch of chopped pistachios

A few coconut flakes
Place the tray in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes, or until the chocolate discs are fully set.
Step 5 — Serve
Once firm, carefully remove the mendiants from the parchment paper and arrange them on a serving plate. Serve immediately or store them in an airtight container.
