Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2️⃣ Prep the potatoes
Wash and scrub the russet potatoes well.
Cut into evenly sized wedges or cubes (about 1-inch pieces for even cooking).
3️⃣ Season
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with:

Salt
Mix until all pieces are evenly coated.
4️⃣ Bake
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet (don’t overcrowd).
Bake for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender inside.
5️⃣ Serve
Serve hot as a side dish with burgers, chicken, steak, or enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
