Wrap the thumb and middle finger of one hand around the wrist of your opposite hand.

Observe how your fingers meet.

Results:

Ectomorph: Your fingers overlap easily.

Mesomorph: Your fingers just touch without overlapping.

Endomorph: Your fingers cannot touch.

While this test is only a rough guideline, it can give you a basic idea of your body structure.
