Beef and Rotini in Garlic Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients

Beef (sirloin or flank steak)

Rotini pasta

Parmesan cheese

Garlic

Butter

Olive oil

Salt

Directions
Start by cooking the rotini pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add thinly sliced beef strips and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
Reduce the heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Drain the cooked rotini pasta and add it to the skillet with the beef and sauce. Toss gently to coat the pasta evenly.
Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper.
