INGREDIENTS
You will only need 2 ingredients and a little water. See the quantities needed:
1 1/2 cups water (360 ml)
2 cups sugar (380 g)
2 cups powdered milk (200 g)
Note: The measured cup is 240 ml.
This recipe yields approximately 800 g of sweetened condensed milk. If you want less, halve the recipe.
PREPARATION METHOD:
Place two cups of sugar and one and a half cups of water in a saucepan or milk jug. Mix well. Place over high heat and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cook for two minutes, then remove from heat.
Pour the water and sugar mixture into the blender and add the two cups of powdered milk.
Beat for three minutes until smooth. Transfer the condensed milk to a container and let it cool.
Once cooled, place it in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow it to reach the desired consistency.
